    Overview:

    • We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in fraud mitigation rule implementation across a leading bank. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Business Analysis, enterprise business processes, and a proven track record in the banking industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assess, analyze, optimize, document, and implement end-to-end enterprise business processes.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, from design workshops and end-user training to presenting to senior management and executives.
    • Build a holistic view of the organization's strategy, processes, information, and technology assets.

    Senior Behavioural Scientist (Sandton)

    • The senior behavioural scientist will be responsible for undertaking research, designing behavioural interventions, facilitating training, and undertaking business experiments to measure the impact of proposed solutions on client behaviours.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Work with business units to define target behaviours.
    •  Scope advisory projects and develop work plans. 
    •  Conduct literature reviews to contextualize target behaviours and proposed behavioural interventions. 
    •  Guide data exploration to contextualize and quantify target behaviours.

    Systems Engineer Specialist (Saandton)

    Position Overview:

    • We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. The successful candidate will provide specialist technical expertise and support in various aspects of systems engineering, including installation, testing, tuning, optimisation, diagnostics, repair, upgrading, and maintenance of both externally and internally supplied hardware and systems software.
