Programme Officer - Human Capital and Institutional Development (A2DSRH/ COYWA) - 2 positions
Strong research abilities to conduct background research and synthesize findings.
Analytical thinking to interpret data, draw conclusions, and support decision-making.
Excellent writing and editing skills for drafting reports, project documents, press releases, and communication materials.

Experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications and Enterprise Resource Packages, especially data analytical applications and tools.
Ability to work in a multi-cultural and multi-national environment.
Education and Experience:
A Master's degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, International Relations, Social Sciences, Economics, Development Economics, Health Economics, Development Studies, Public Policy, or a related field with a minimum relevant experience of two (2) years of working experience within multilateral/ development institutions or similar organisations nationally, regionally and/or internationally.
OR
Bachelor’s degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, International Relations, Social Sciences, Economics, Development Economics, Health Economics, Development Studies, Public Policy, or a related field with a minimum relevant experience of four (4) years of working experience within multilateral/ development institutions or similar organisations nationally, regionally and/or internationally.
