What You’ll Do
Working with Delivery team to ensure governance is being applied
Ad hoc data analysis tasks supporting the Head of Delivery
Co-ordinating and validating the burn down against in flight projects
Co-ordinating the resource assignment for pipeline projects
Co-ordinating and validating revenue reports
Ownership of key team led initiatives
Working alongside Senior Project Managers on larger projects and responsibility for the delivery of streamlined change requests
Reviewing our current Document Management – JIVE/Box/Confluence – and ensure adherence
What We’re Seeking
Strong academic background, relevant degree in Business, Economics or similar discipline or equivalent work experience
Persuasive, engaging, and motivating
Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in a manner appropriate to an audience at all levels, excellent telephone manner and disposition needed
Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages, advance level would be preferred for Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Collaborative style; teams well with others to solve problems and achieve goals and can build productive relationships with contributors of all levels within the business
Ability to juggle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously; strong prioritisation skills; ability to meet deadlines
