Project Change & Risk Controller at Tharisa

Purpose of Role

• Perform Project Change & Risk Control and support functions as assigned
• Ensure adherence to legislation, policies, and procedures.

Role Context

• Collect information and maintain an MoC Register and database for all projects
• Collect information and maintain a Project Risk Register and database for all projects
• HAZOP and Risk facilitation on all projects
• Report on Project Management of Change as assigned on all projects
• Report on Project Risk Management as assigned on all projects
• Data entry and database management, maintaining meticulous records for all projects
• Assisting in month-end and year-end closing reports,
• Delivering a high standard of administrative support,
• eDMS storage and retrieval of documentation for audit purposes
• Routing documents for approvals where required and assigned as support
• General Project Controls and Administration and ad hoc duties

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Grade 12
