Review and Coordinate daily open events (CRM, maintenance, repairs – Electrical, Façade and Top box damages, Roller shutters, Cubicle and façade lights, locksmith, water leaks) queue and fast-tracking priority and offline sites.
Fully Adopting the projects portal for all open events
Calculating the most cost effective & efficient route, grouping open events and obtain quotations.
Coordinates and arranges dual visits for third party services of maintenance contractors.
Identify what is causing equipment failures and provide permanent repair solution. Directs preventive maintenance procedures as appropriate.
Ensure installations, maintenance and repairs are completed on time and to code.
Ensures that facilities are clean, well maintained, and in good repair. Monitor and manage offline sites and fast track repairs.
Meet weekly with internal suppliers to discuss the pipeline of stock requirements and stock availability to assist management with short- and long-term budget projections.
Work with internal and external clients to resolve repair, installation issues or escalations.
Real time quality control for work completed by contractors & technicians before they leave site- repairs, maintenance, signage & installations.
Capture and update hardware details ensuring parts used have audit trails available.
Track warrantee repairs used vs eligible repairs so we can better challenge warrantees.
Pre-approve invoices and ensure Quote, PO, JC and pics of work completed are ready for manager authorization.
Notify support teams on delays and installation or repairs are done.
Remove and track condition of parts removed and returned to workshop and contractors.
Handover available removed parts and condition to workshop and installation manager for refurbishment and reinstallation.
