Project Coordinator at Derivco

Responsibilities:

Operationalise (Pre-Go Live, Go Live and Post Go Live)

• Responsible for supporting the Account team(s) and execution and communication of deployment plan.

Benefits Realisation       

• Responsible for supporting the Account team(s) in tracking and measuring Project Benefit by providing any information required.

Continuous Improvement            

• Responsible for supporting the Account team(s) in proactively following up on improvements identified during Lessons Learned.

Executing, Monitoring and Controlling                   

• Accountable for proactively tracking the end-to-end project schedule and driving corrective action where required.

• Responsible for proactively following up on project risks on single-function projects.

• Responsible for preparing change controls on single-function projects and driving corrective actions where required.

• Responsible tracking project decisions made on single-function projects.

• Responsible for supporting the Project Manager and Business Units in monitoring costs by providing any inputs required.

• Responsible for supporting the Account team(s) and Business Unit in driving quality product delivery by providing any information required.

• Responsible for preparation of the project status reports as defined in the Communication Plan and required by the Business Unit.

Initiation and Planning  

• Accountable for creating, implementing and maintaining the Project Schedule, scope, communication, risk and issues, cost and stakeholder management.

Project Closure

• Responsible setting up Lessons Learned sessions and collating all the feedback on single-function projects.

• Responsible for ensuring action owners are assigned and informed of their actions after Lessons Learned.

• Responsible for following the appropriate process for closing single-function project.

• Accountable for communicating project closure to all stakeholders.

• Responsible for supporting the Account team(s) in measuring the delivery of project objectives, benefits, including critical success factors.

Skills and Experience:

• CAPM or Similar qualification

• 1 – 2 years of experience in a project’s environment or team

• MS Suite Proficient

• Azure Dev Ops/MS Projects would be beneficial

• Scrum master certification

• Highly organized

• Ability to handle stress

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
