CORE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
- The Repair Shop Assistant provides support to technicians and workshop management to ensure the efficient, safe, and professional operation of the repair shop.
- The role is responsible for assisting with vehicle preparation, workshop housekeeping, movement and care of customer vehicles, handling tools and equipment, and providing general operational support. Key Accountabilities of the Performance Areas:
Client Research:
- Conduct a degree of personal research from public sources including:

- Liaise with legal staff, support staff and research teams to obtain any outstanding CDD (Customer Due Diligence) information.
- Liaise with the Firm’s support departments, notably the Finance, Research, Conflicts and also Personal Assistants.
- Where appropriate and where asked to, liaise directly with the firm's clients regarding CDD requirements.
- Assist those conducting CDD on new clients when required.
- Conduct risk rating reviews on clients taking into account the information gathered during the CDD process including research relating to ongoing investigations (adverse press) against certain clients and determining whether a risk level of a client may be lowered or should be raised.
- Utilise external subscription databases to screen existing clients, their directors and shareholders in order to identify PEPs, influential persons, presence on Sanctions lists, criminal activity and adverse press. Escalate these issues where appropriate
Reports and Database Administration:
- Review the CDD held on existing clients of the firm by updating CDD held for clients registered since the implementation of the UK Money Laundering Regulations.
- Ensure that CDD is updated to the appropriate standard, including an enhanced level of due diligence where required.
- Document the evidence obtained during the CDD process in a clear and concise manner.
- Where it becomes clear when conducting Ongoing Monitoring or CDD that certain details of the client have changed since it has been registered as a new client, such as the client’s registered name, the parent group or the registered address, take appropriate action to update this on the 3E client database and communicate these changes to the respective stakeholders.
- Assist in maintaining the firm's PEP databases.
Advisory and Projects
- Provide advice and guidance to partners, fee-earners and support staff in relation to the requirements of Compliance legislation and the interpretation and application of the firm's AML/CDD policy.

Position Overview
- We are seeking a detail-orientated and reliable Cold Store Administrator to support our Cold Store operations on night shift. You will provide clerical support to the Cold Store Manager, coordinate daily administrative functions and stand in for Admin Operations Clerks when required.
Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily attendance registers for all shifts
- Manage day-to-day employee records and MHE driver licences (physical and digital)
- Coordinate weekly timesheets, scan and submit to HR
- Service provider management – scheduling, OHS compliance checks, booking in, allocation to work areas, ensuring POs are issued before work commences
- Assist with obtaining service provider quotations and creating Purchase Orders on SAP
- Maintain filing system for service provider data
- Chep pallet control and reconciliations
- Order office stationery and supplies
- Assist with updating office policies and SOPs
- Procurement of stock from internal and external suppliers
- Act as liaison between Cold Store, Logistics, HR, Payroll, Trading and other departments
- Documentation control for internal processes, stock, MHE and local deliveries
- Check completion and accuracy, scan daily local delivery notes against load sheets
- Maintain maintenance files for all equipment
- Prepare regular operational reports

Role Overview
- The successful candidate will be responsible for working within the Electrical Department as part of a production team. The role involves wiring electrical chassis and control systems according to wiring diagrams and preparing equipment while it is being assembled.
- The position also includes electrical fault-finding, repairs and maintenance on bakery equipment and other electrical equipment throughout the plant.
Requirements
The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Qualified Electrician with Red Seal.
- Wireman’s Licence required
- N6 National Diploma in Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Proven experience in 3-phase control circuits and switchgear wiring.
- Experience in panel/chassis wiring and electrical control systems.
- Ability to accurately read and work from electrical wiring diagrams, BOMs and sample chassis.
- Experience with electrical fault-finding and repairs.
- PLC installation and programming experience would be an advantage.
- Previous experience in a factory, manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Must be a strong team player and able to work effectively within an established electrical team.
- Must be reliable, punctual and have a strong record of daily attendance.
- Must have reliable own transport.
- Must be able to adapt to the company's production environment, procedures and working culture.

- Inspection and maintenance of DB boards.
- General electrical fault-finding throughout the premises.
