    Project Coordinator

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Working closely with the System Support Specialist as a complimentary role in ensuring an excellent quality system that adds value to client.
    • Ensure system performance is operationally optimal.
    • Manage daily communication with client and their expectations effectively
    • Coordinating and actioning deliverables to client.
    • Add value by using own’s skills, knowledge, ideas and experience to solve problems that benefit the end goals.
    • Prioritisation of client project tasks, system implementation activities and communication of status to project stakeholders.
    • Data checking and management to produce accurate reporting outputs.
    • Define the scope of change requests to the system or process. 
    • Draw up functional specifications.
    • Map and operationalize process flows and identify process improvement opportunities.
    • Proactive risk identification and contingency planning.
    • Facilitate and capture meeting minutes and action points. Track meeting actions with follow up and progress feedback.
    • Sense check and document proposed modifications on functionality or process, including meeting with relevant stakeholders to gain adequate information. 
    • Implement approved changes.
    • Conduct quality and effective end user training. Build training plans and follow up to ensure correct understanding and use of the system.
    • Success story sharing.
    • General reporting & analysis.
    • Produce operational system manuals and process flows.
    • Ensure all client documents are uploaded and organized on the shared drive.
    • Seek ways for process improvement to enhance the user experience and reporting.
    • Communicate system benefits, new features, new releases and upcoming releases with the Client and Stakeholders
    • Contribute with ideas as part of a collaborative and innovative team.


    Education and Experience 

    • ITIL/Project Management/Business related education or experience with proven results related to the role will be considered
    • Knowledge of the end to end Point of Sale process or Marketing is advantageous

    • Strong ability to maintain a high level of professional interaction with client at all times
    • Project Management 
    • Intermediate to advanced excel or Power BI
    • Excellent client service delivery skills
    • Good analytical skills
    • Enjoys working with systems and data
    • Adaptable to change and contribute to a dynamic work culture
    • Must be able to persevere through solving complex problems
    • Pays strong attention to detail, whilst being able to keep the ‘bigger picture’ objectives in mind 
    • History of delivering to tight deadlines
