Project Coordinator at Remote Recruitment

Salary: R29 000 – R32 000 per month

• Remote Recruitment is hiring a Project Coordinator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You'll own the plans, trackers and follow-ups that keep UK projects on schedule.

Role overview

• You will support project managers by keeping plans current, chasing actions and making sure nothing slips through the gaps. Stakeholders will rely on your weekly updates to know exactly where each project stands. You will work UK hours, 09:00–17:00 UK (11:00–19:00 SAST), Monday to Friday.
• You will join the client's existing team from day one, with a named manager in the UK, regular check-ins over video call and clear goals so you always know how you are doing.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project plans, timelines and task boards
• Schedule meetings and write up actions
• Chase task owners and flag risks early
• Prepare weekly status reports
• Keep project documents organised and current

What you'll need

• 1 to 2 years in project coordination or project admin
• Experience with Asana, Jira, Monday.com or similar
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Clear written English for reports and stakeholder updates
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines

Nice to have

• PRINCE2 Foundation or similar
• Experience working with UK clients
