As part of this journey, we're looking for an experienced Project Engineer to lead engineering projects that improve safety, quality, efficiency, and operational performance in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment. This role offers the opportunity to manage end-of-end projects, implement new technologies, and contribute to the future of manufacturing.
Your Impact
Lead engineering projects from planning through execution, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to required standards.
Define project scope, objectives, schedules, and resource requirements.
Manage equipment installation, commissioning, and validation activities.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
Support the integration of new technologies and process improvements.
Drive continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, health, and safety standards.
Optimize equipment reliability, maintenance strategies, and operational performance.
Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
5-8 years' engineering experience within a high-volume FMCG manufacturing environment.
Strong project management and project execution experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of Asset Management, Preventive Maintenance, Focused Improvement, and Work Process Integration.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
