Job Description:
Purpose:
Assist in the roll out and effective implementation of all the Zimele Programmes across the Hubs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the programme Implementation Manager in the effective implementation of the Zimele strategy and manage / monitor rollout of programme at hubs.
Assist the programme Implementation Manager to manage the relationship between Zimele and delivery partner(s).
Assist in managing internal AA stakeholders on behalf of delivery partner and help resolve issues on the ground.
Compile reports to internal AA stakeholders and external stakeholders.
Assist regulatory reports to Anglo Business units around BBBEE & Mining Charter.
Monitor effective programme delivery by delivery partner(s) at hubs and report on efficiency and effectiveness outcomes.
Participate in specific deliverables including reports, products and results that are detailed in the mine SLAs and Delivery Partner agreements.
Assist the programme Implementation Manager for other project management activities (planning, reporting, recruiting, monitoring staff performance, budgeting).
Liaise with site management to ensure sites-specific licensing requirements are being met.
Serve as trusted advisor to the Programme Implementation Manger on implementation challenges and risks.
Establish an effective ways of working within the project team, and lead cross-functional, inter-disciplinary teams toward shared outcomes.
Procurement process: Assist with creation of new RFC, PR, SES and vendor registration on SAP.
Business Integrity: Assist with completion of business integrity compliance.
Support on project management office and governance creating various project schedules and tracking, with milestones, due dates.
Support on various proof of concepts related to youth development and ESD pillars.
Demonstrate behaviour in line with the Group’s values, standards and a professional workplace.
Qualifications:
Knowledge and Experience:
4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Experience of working in youth development, Enterprise & Supplier Development environment.
Project management fundamentals.
Up to date knowledge of project and portfolio management techniques.
Practical knowledge and experience of managing projects/programmes/portfolio.
