• I have an exciting role within the Project Finance space, for a Project Manager to join my clients' growing team in Cape Town. The role will support the financial manager and business with various financial projects for the group and project companies. The role is best suited to a newly qualified CA(SA), or CA(SA) with 1-2 years post articles experience. 

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Financial Manager and oversee the work of the junior team members
• Liaise with SARS resolve any issues or queries
• Liaise with financial advisors and building budgets integrating with financial models 
• Analyse basic and complex monthly bookkeeping, management accountants, payroll for projects 
• Analyse project budgets, ensure accurate and timely record keeping 
• Analyse expenditure and variance analyses on projects 
• Manage consolidations 
• Review group company loan recons 
• Review and comment on monthly management accounts 
• Summarise complex accounting records for clients 
• Analyse and comment on accounting records and prepare financial statements 
• Prepare tax return
