MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

Lead, organise, plan and control the delivery of projects in a high-paced environment in a manner which ensures completion within in the agreed timeframe, costs and quality to realise the intended business benefits

QUALIFICATIONS

• Tertiary Qualification
• PRINCE2, PMP, AGILE or other project management certifications, will be an advantage

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Project Management :
• Leading and delivering complex projects concurrently across multiple functions and stakeholders, both internal and external, in an enterprise environment
• Knowledge of and competency in applying project management principles and tools
• Establishment and operation of Project Management Office
• Business Analysis experience would be an advantage

CLIENTS

• Internal: Cross-functional and international stakeholders
• External: Service providers, partners and clients

KPA / MAJOR TASKS

• Management, execution and administration of all aspects of IT, business and change projects within the time, scope and budget
• Communication of project objectives, risks, decisions, deliverables and business value to all stakeholders
• Management and establishment of relationships with all project stakeholders, both internal and external
• Establishment and operation of Project Management Office to support planning, portfolio management and maintain standards for project management
