Advises and consults local management on make-buy initiatives/projects using robust decision theory and financial basis.
Fills the local idea funnel for projects in alignment with the global project portfolio manager and market trends
Develops and manages local portfolio ensuring the application of internal governance modality rules
Stays abreast and aligned with industry best practice, innovates with emerging technology and progressive thinking
Establishes and manages pilots studies with operational departments and suppliers to support decision making
Manages all initiatives as end-2-end projects from inception to handover, cost schedule and quality associated reporting to the project sponsor.
Supports and establishes strong technical environment in support of business analytics in support of developing and monitoring business objectives via tangible metrics for improvement validation
Develops and manages training program in support of the various projects
Plans, deploys and tracks roll out specific change management and sustainability plans and tracks
Key Deliverables:
Deliver the local strategic project portfolio in terms of fit to overall roadmap, budget and planning.
Stable organised solutions supporting business efficiency withing the context of "the way we work" and "the way we make our people feel"
Adhere to company governance rules
Align new demands/deviations with local Managing Director, group portfolio manager and overall Roadmap
6-10 Initiatives per year deliver 1-3 per quarter
Multi year commitment initially functionally isolated finally integrated and business transformed.

FMCG
Innovative mindset to improve business processes and implement disrupters by way of progressive thinking and embracing of technology LEAN thinking
Self-motivation and change management specialist
Experience 5-10 years track record in delivering organizations improvement initiatives ; Experience in people and Human Resource development, data/information systems, digital integration is preferred.
Project Management experience.
Mandatory bachelor level education (NQF7) in business management, information Systems/Data Science or science/engineering field. Post graduate specialization in similar sphere or specialization will be an advantage.
Experience in consultant environment or similar ability to interrogate and deconstruct systems, research the state of the art, conceptualize improvement and communicate.
