Project Manager (Healthcare) at Clicks Group

Job Purpose:

To manage projects aligned to strategic objectives through the effective co-ordination of resources and facilitation of successful implementation with IT, Store Operations and Group Services.

Job Objectives:

• To develop a project critical path to include key milestones, budgetary requirements, resources required and measures of success, in partnership with IT, group services and store operations.
• To ensure effective communication (including required reporting) with all stakeholders across the business and stores, whilst staying within budget and timelines to identify risks and opportunities and implement projects in stores successfully.
• To conduct the project post implementation review, capture learning and communicate to all relevant stakeholders.
• To manage and build all Capex requirements for the relevant Categories in accordance with project plans.
• To coordinate the training calendar, training material and change management plan by consulting with key internal and external stakeholders.
• To communicate with the Divisional Store Support teams to inform them of upcoming special events and allow the teams to provide input into the successful implementation
• To work with Operations to ensure roll-out of services are executed to plan.

Minimum requirements

Education:

• Relevant Diploma/Degree (Desirable)

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years project management experience
• Retail experience 

Knowledge:

• Retail industry (Logistics background advantageous)
• Project management principles
