Liaise with project sales department in establishing scope, cost and time effective concepts for customer beneficial use
Establish full understanding of the scope of work on project inception
Obtain all the customer’s requirements for the order received
Assess the feasibility of requirement for the order received
Continually liaise with customer ensuring project requirements e.g., technical specifications, drawings, etc. are made available timeously, as well as supplying updated project status reports
Establish a project plan, accommodating the financial and timing constraints supporting order requirements
Determine resource requirements for the established project plan
Liaise with customers to consolidate and finalise the project timing and delivery arrangements
Through the duration of the project, any date changes on the project schedule, are to be managed and effected by the Project Manager
With the support of a structured Project management team (Hod’s), the Project Manager is to ensure the successful completion of the project, as established and determined by received order
Chair weekly scope of work meetings, to consolidate project status with project management team
Support JQS (Jendamark Quality System)
General Management, supporting the company Code of Conduct and all company policies
