Netsurit is currently looking for a Project Manager (Mid-Level).
    General Role Expectations:

    • As a Project Manager, your job is to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project you are working on. Project Managers may work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • The Project Manager under general direction of the head of project management directs concurrent complex projects or larger complex projects following the Project Management Office (PMO) Process
    • The Project Manager takes projects from original concept through to final implementation and ensures effective transition from project phase to operational phase. This person will interface with all stakeholders.
    • The individual adheres to and ensures that the project delivers the as-sold solution, remains within budget, is delivered on time, while achieving quality criteria and maintaining client satisfaction.
    • The Project Manager translates the offered solutions into project plans and objectives and subsequently delivers according to these and/or those created by other project managers.
    • The individual manages customer satisfaction, commitment and expectations to high service levels and manages escalations adequately.
    • They ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables and may communicate with a company executives regarding the status of specific projects.
    • Ensure that the project team has access to the relevant project management tools.
    • They take final responsibility for client satisfaction and ensure that the Project team displays the right level of client engagement. The individual will be required to promote project services to both external and internal customers.
    • As corporate citizens they act as role-models to the teams, they display assertiveness and act as an example when it comes to client satisfaction.
    • They are motivational and inspirational leaders with superior decision making skills and assertiveness.
    • Act as the initial point of escalation for any issues that might be experienced on active projects and effectively managing the resolution and communication process through to completion.
    • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and internal departments.
    • Responsible for the project profitability through the protection of margins and control of costs.
    • Assist with the coaching and mentoring of team members in order to facilitate knowledge sharing.
    • Follow all guidelines, policies and procedures as stipulated by PMO.
    • Maintain an effective utilization of 85% YTD and the billable utilization of 75% YTD.
    • Attend all PMO and Netsurit Meetings, Updates, etc.
    • Ensure all project documentation is stores on the appropriate SharePoint portal/Teams Site.
    • Achieve monthly PS Billing forecasts.
    • Attend all weekly 1 on 1 & weekly project team meetings as scheduled by the PMO Manager.
    • Engage with stakeholders to take projects from original concept through final implementation.
    • Provide pre-sales support by working with sales teams to scope and cost a project solution which includes the completion of a proposal.
    • Act as people manager and enable project teams to deliver against performance objectives

    Requirements, Skills and Experience:

    • Knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs
    • Competent in project change management
    • Assertive with client satisfaction orientation
    • Motivational and inspirational leader with superior decision making skills and assertiveness Demonstrate adequate team leadership, motivation ability and business acumen
    • At least 4 – 6 years' working experience in project management
    • PMP or Price 2 certification preferred
    • ITIL advantageous
    • Proven client engagement experience
    • Experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints
