About the Job
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and designing the projects
• Proactively monitoring its progress
• Resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action
• Defining the project's governance arrangements
• Preparing pre-cost estimates and analysis budgets and managing the programme's budget 
• Ensuring the delivery of new products is to the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the project plan and governance arrangements
• Understanding the risks, dependencies and the interfaces between projects
• Reporting the progress of the project at regular intervals to the COO

Qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Agile expertise
• Experience in complex project management and business transformation
• Critical thinking and problem solving
• Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling projects
• The ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems
