Project Manager - Subsea Drilling Equipment at 3C Metal

Responsibilities / Duties / Job Skills:

• The role involves coordinating various aspects of project management, including evaluation, budgeting, and documentation. It includes overseeing technical reviews, manpower utilization, and on-site surveys. Coordinating with stakeholders, implementing policies, and managing project resources are crucial. This includes procurement, fabrication, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• The role also involves monitoring project progress, preparing reports, and managing variations or changes. Additionally, it includes training project engineers/managers and staying updated on technical aspects related to subsea drilling equipment recertification, overhaul, and repair. Compliance with relevant regulations and supporting overall company QA and safety systems are essential.

Knowledge

• Recertification, Overhaul & Repair of Subsea Drilling or Mining Equipment
• People management 

Experience

• 8-10 years’ experience as a Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager in an Oil and Gas, Renewable energy or related environment.
• Good understanding of Engineering and Oil and Gas related technical requirements
• Experience working on recertification/overhaul/repair of subsea drilling equipment (Marine drilling riser and other capital drilling equipment) OR overhaul of mining equipment.
• Experience in inspection / evaluation of in-service equipment.
• Good general knowledge of materials utilized in Subsea Drilling Equipment.
• General understanding of industry related specifications, e.g. API, ASME
• General understanding and familiarity of NDE (MT, PT, RT, UT) methods and reports. 
• Recertification, Overhaul & Repair of Subsea Drilling or Mining Equipment
