Description
PURPOSE

• The aim of this role is to support growth by developing a funnel of new prospects to build a strong new business pipeline.
• The employee will actively engage existing and new clients as well as execute new projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Client Liaison
• Develop and maintain a sales plan and client database.
• Actively engage and build relationships with existing and new clients.
• Identify latent opportunities in consultation with clients.
• New Prospects Pipeline
• Build and maintain a pipeline of new projects.
• Understand and interpret the scope of work provided by the client.
• Support solution design efforts and proposal write-ups
• Project Execution
• Manage project execution.
• Manage sub-contactors on site to ensure delivery of the project within schedule and budget.
• Prepare project schedules.
• Monthly Duties
• Monthly reports on sales/RFQs/Quotations submitted and Pos received.
• Monthly reports on projects in implementation.
• Monthly reports on budget, schedules, and risks.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• BSc (Eng) / B.Eng. Chemical Engineering or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5 Years experience in Project Sales or Project Management

SKILLS, QUALITIES AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

• Technical Sales
• Project Management and Project delivery value chain
• Water treatment process design, construction and commissioning
• Reagent utilization calculations
• Familiarity with mining industry standards and regulations
• Ability to work under pressure managing demanding clients
• Driver’s license.
