Projects & Change Management Senior Specialist at Standard Bank Group

Job Description

• To drive and deliver the end-to-end project and change management of key initiatives which impact Reporting and Analytics across South Africa, all Africa Regions countries and all International offices.
• Identify and collaborate with key project teams and project leads to deliver the expected outcomes of each program of work. To establish and drive alignment of key messaging across the Standard Bank Group for each Reporting and Analytics project undertaken.

Qualifications

• First Degree in Finance and Accounting
• First Degree in Social Sciences

Experience Required

• 5-7 years’ experience in organizational change management, with proven leadership of complex people-change initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide business transformation and change delivery across multiple business units, functions, or countries.
• Proven ability to develop and execute communications, stakeholder engagement, and leadership alignment strategies.
• Strong understanding of human behavior, resistance management, and adoption interventions to drive sustainable people adoption outcomes.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and organizational skills, with the ability to partner effectively with project managers and senior stakeholders.
