Property Administrator: Umhlanga, Kwa-Zulu Natal at FS Personnel Recruitment

Salary:

• R30 000 ctc pm depending on experience, minus contribution to medical aid and pension fund.

Desired experience and qualifications:

• Matric
• Relevant Diploma
• Financial accounting experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Property Administrator role
• Customer service and property leasing experience
• Experience with PIMS, MDA or similar property management systems
• Strong proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Professional, proactive and deadline-driven

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

• Manage tenant administration, statements, billings and reconciliations
• Process lease documentation, renewals, credit checks and FICA requirements
• Maintain lease registers, tenant records and property data
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments and arrears
• Prepare arrears reports and assist with credit control processes
• Finalise vacated tenant accounts and deposit refunds
• Calculate tenant turnover rental when applicable
• Maintain parking schedules and access records
• Process municipal and other property-related invoices
• Process annual municipal and rates increases
• Perform account reconciliations and assist with monthly management reports
• Liaise with tenants, leasing teams, service providers and other stakeholders
