Property Finance And Leasing Assistant at Hire Resolve

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and budgets for properties
• Coordinating lease agreements and renewals
• Conducting market research and analysis to determine property values and rental rates
• Handling tenant inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner
• Assisting with property inspections and maintenance coordination
• Collaborating with property managers, landlords, and tenants as needed
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Property Finance and Leasing Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, business administration, or related field
• Previous experience in property finance, leasing, or related field preferred
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in property finance and leasing
