Property Maintenance Administrator: Bloemfontein, Free State at FS Personnel Recruitment

Desired experience and qualifications:

• Grade 12
• Relevant Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Operations Management, Infrastructure Management, or a related field
• Technical qualification will be advantageous
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Property Services, Facilities Management, Property Administration, or a similar role
• Valid driver’s licence will be advantageous

Duties and responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up on repairs and service delivery
• Assist with property inspections and building audits
• Obtain quotations and assist with contractor and service provider management
• Monitor service contracts and maintenance schedules
• Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and cost reporting
• Process and monitor maintenance-related invoices and documentation
• Liaise with tenants regarding maintenance-related queries and complaints
• Maintain accurate maintenance, contractor, and property records
• Assist with stock control and procurement administration
• Prepare reports and provide administrative support to the Property Services team
