Property Manager
Can you manage people and properties remotely?
Owning retail and commercial properties in Southern Africa, our client manages these buildings both on-site and via their Johannesburg Head Office. They are looking to appoint someone with a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 12 years experience to assist the 5 centers / Buildings Managers to meet their day-to-day deliverables, by keeping a tight reign on administration, financial reporting, arrears management, marketing, and renewals. Whilst you will have to travel to these sites once every month, most of your time will be at Head Office. Expert level in MDA, you will be able to draw reports and access information efficiently in order to answer any questions which the owners, the tenants, or the on-site management have.
