    • Working knowledge of property maintenance, repairs and facilities management.
    • Experience managing service providers, contractors and SLAs.
    • Strong working knowledge of relevant statutory requirements, including OHS legislation.
    • Advanced computer literacy, including Excel and property management systems such as SAP or MDA.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Monitoring arrears and ensuring appropriate follow-up and escalation.
    • Reviewing and controlling operating expenditure.
    • Overseeing facilities, maintenance, repairs and tenant installations.
    • Managing service providers, contractors and service-level agreements.
    • Ensuring compliance with OHS and other applicable statutory requirements.
    • Preparing management reports and contributing to client and management meetings.
    • Building strong relationships with tenants, brokers, clients and key stakeholders.
