The HWSETA is seeking to appoint a Provincial Coordinator to coordinate and consolidate requirements of the Provincial Offices noting trends and challenges, and facilitate, support and guide access to core divisions, corporate services, human recourse requirements, IT, corporate support, to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the provinces. Co-ordinate requisitions and travel expense claims from the provinces to head office.
Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience: 3-5 years' work experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities area:
Coordinate internal business process, compliance and reporting.
Coordinate effective stakeholder relations.
Plan, organise and schedule meetings requiring representation of executives and provincial managers.
Identify risk mitigation interventions.
Quality Management.
Responsible for the coordination of ad hoc projects.Meeting service delivery charter standards.
