Pumps Cyclone and Valves Global Inventory Analyst at FLSmidth

Your Responsibilities 

• Utilize Global Replenishment Inventory System calculations to provide recommendation for changes to Reorder Points, Safety Stock, and Min / Max Levels. 
• Analyze assigned facilities around the globe. 
• Review of outlier data to ensure correct stocking levels.  
• Run multiple scenarios to support SIOP team in making critical decisions inventory decisions. 
• Champion Slow Moving Inventory Reduction for assigned warehouses. 
• Collaborate with PC&V Sales team to create business cases for advanced stocking opportunities.  
• Deliver monthly regional approved stocking plan to Global Product Management 
• Ability to travel as required. 

 
What Your Bring 
 

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or technical school related to Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting or related field of study 
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Power Query, Excel, SharePoint, and Access. 
• Experience writing formulas, functions, code and building relational data models. 
• Effective communication before groups of employees across the organization. 
• Proactive, self-driven work ethic and the ambition to take full ownership of responsibilities. 
• Enjoys troubleshooting and the development and implementation of solutions. 
• Capability of interpreting instructions where only limited standardization may exist. 
• Desire to continuously learn and develop new and existing skills.
