• Experience with leading and managing between 4 & 6 squads of software quality engineers
• Experience with collaboration across multiple squads
• Strong experience with pioneering quality engineering practices in all your squads
• Experience with defect management using Jira
• Contribute both in ideas and execution to the ongoing improvement of the architecture
• Be involved in all Agile ceremonies
• Mentor and Coach members of your team
• Gaining solid technical understanding of the platforms under test
• Ability to articulate complex issues
• Microservices architecture understanding
• Excellent knowledge of the SDLC
• Excellent reporting skills with all levels of stakeholders
• Outstanding programming skills in an object orientated programming language
• Strong experience with setting up branching, merging and pull requests for source code management
• Experience setting up CI pipelines
• Experience with Behaviour Driven Development
• Phenomenal communication skills
• An eye for detail and the desire to make sure things are done right
• Experience in “you built it, you own it, you maintain it”
