Technical and/ or Mechanical Training / Qualification (Diesel and or Petrol)
High level of competence in Microsoft applications especially Excel
2 – 3 years’ experience in administration of claims and or 5 years in counter and part sales (would be advantageous)
Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data.
Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
Duties:
Responsible for the claims received from the Branches.
All claims from the public to be referred to Supervisor and or Manager.
Ensure that the correct paperwork completed by branches and that all relevant information is on the paperwork.
Should the part and the details of the part and what can be diagnosed as the problem not correlate the part should be returned to the customer together with a report of the findings.
If the part is defected a claim can be processed together with a report of the findings.
All reports must be approved by the QC Manager before sending it out to the customer and or Branch.
All the correct documentation must be completed and filed.
