    QSHE Coordinator - Bryanston

     

    A day in the life of a Nespresso QSHE Coordinator. 

    • Coordinate and follow up on Safety, Health, and Crisis management with the TQM. 
    • Ensure the application of procedures and frequent training of employees, partners, and suppliers. 
    • Conduct regular quality audits. 
    • Evaluate and approve food and non-food accessories. 
    • Initiate, operate, define, delegate, co-manage, and control recycling strategies in the market. 
    • Implement a solution for capsule collection and recycling. 
    • Ensure compliance of machines, coffee, and accessories sold within the Nespresso market. 
    • Drive strategic initiatives for continuous improvement in SHE performance. 
    • Provide necessary services to ensure quality, SHE, and technical support in all departments. 
    • Monitor performance in the Nespresso market and Distributors' Markets for improvement opportunities. 
    • Implement and verify the efficiency of the Nespresso crisis management system. 
    • Lead the follow-up of crises related to quality, SHE, and technical issues. 
    • Adapt, implement, train, and control quality, safety, health, and environment (QSHE) procedures from Nestlé/Nespresso HQ within Nespresso South Africa. 

    What will make you successful. 

    • Diploma or bachelor's degree in quality/safety management. 
    • Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in Quality and Safety management. 
    • Demonstrated capability to lead projects and manage change. 
    • Strong management skills, including coaching, engagement, and influence. 
    • Attention to detail and accuracy. 
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
