    Quality Assurance/Controller I (Temporary) - Brits Bakery

    Responsibilities

    Job Overview:

    • Support the implementation and maintenance of Quality and food safety system.
    • Verify critical controls points
    • Plant Hygiene inspections and implementation of corrective actions
    • Inline QC checks verification
    • Analyse & compute data & record information
    • Apply laboratory hygiene & safety procedures
    • Train employees on quality standards and best practices
    • Investigate and resolve quality related issues and customer complaints

    Qualifications

    • 1-2 years relevant experience
    • Grade 12
    • Computer Literacy
    • Graduate with Quality Qualification preferable
