Quality Controller at Helderberg Personnel

Responsibilities:

• Conducting quality inspections on incoming and outgoing fruits according to established protocols.
• Monitoring and evaluating fruit quality based on color, size, weight, and other specified criteria.
• Implementing quality control procedures to minimize defects and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborating with production teams to address quality issues and improve processes.
• Maintaining accurate records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions taken.

Requirements:

• Relevant degree / diploma
• Fully bilingual
• Previous experience in a similar role within the fruit industry.
• Strong knowledge of fruit quality parameters and grading standards.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel
• Own vehicle and valid license
