Quality, Environmental and Sustainability Business Partner - (SHEQ-L7.1) at Zutari

Role responsibilities

• In the assigned portfolio, responsible for the practical implementation and, where applicable, successful certification of Zutari’sISO 9001 based Quality Management System, including sub-systems for major projects, construction procurement andconstruction monitoring​
• In the assigned portfolio, responsible for the practical implementation and, where applicable, successful certification of Zutari’sISO 19650 based BIM Management System, in collaboration with relevant BIM staff.​
• In the assigned portfolio, responsible for the practical implementation and, where applicable successful certification of Zutari’s ISO27001 based Information Security Management System, in collaboration with relevant IS staff​
• In the assigned portfolio, responsible for the practical implementation and, where applicable, successful certification of Zutari’s ISO 14001 based Environmental Management System.​
• Across the business: act as management system auditor for the above standards. NB: audits may be done remotely or in person. ​
• When assigned, complete any tasks assigned in Planner/ as part of the QES Business Plan/ as logged in the performance goalsystem​
• By exception: responsible for the compilation of Zutari’s carbon footprint, annual GRI Sustainability Report and United NationsGlobal Compact Communication on Progress.​

Minimum requirements

• Required: 5 years experience in management systems​
• Required: qualification and/or proven track record in ISO 9001 (Quality)​
• Required: qualification and/or proven track record in ISO 19650 (Building and Infrastructure Modelling
• Desirable: qualification and/or proven track record in ISO 14001 (Environment)​
• Desirable: qualification and/or proven track record in ISO 27001 (Information Security)​
• Desirable: qualification and/or proven track record in ISO 45001 (Health & Safety)​
• Desirable: qualification or sound familiarity with project management / PMBOK​
• Required: high level of digital savvy (see below: Computer Competency Requirements)​
• Required (by exception): qualification in or proven track record in carbon footprint calculations and GRI Reporting Standards. ​

Skills, and characteristics (add if applicable)

• Required: Familiarity with documentation management system commonly used in AEC projects, e.g. ProjectWise, Aconex​
• Required: Familiarity with software commonly used in AEC projects, e.g. BIM360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Navisworks​
• Required: Very strong Excel skills, incl. macros, slicers, pivots, lookups, linking to multiple data sources. Basic VB coding andPower BI an advantage​
• Required: SharePoint, including creation of SharePoint lists, views​
• Required: MS Planner, MS Teams, MS Forms​
• Desirable: Very strong PowerPoint skills. Adobe Creative suite (InDesign, Photoshop), Canva or similar digital tools/ apps​
• Desirable: basic html​
