Exposure to raw material testing or Laboratory work
Knowledge of HACCP, GMP and allergens

Since the role involves sensory evaluation of products and materials containing allergens, the candidate should not suffer from any food intolerances or allergies.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Testing and conformance of materials (raw materials, packaging materials, products and raw materials at end-of shelf life)
Capturing results, analysis of data and hold/release of materials on SAP
Environmental monitoring (water, hands, equipment, cleaning, air quality, effluent water)
