Job Purpose and Impact

The Quality Assurance Assistant will provide quality assurance/ control and food safety technical support. In this role, you will test and audit process documentation, collect data and provide analysis and support knowledge transfer.

Key Accountabilities

• Conduct product life cycle inspections that include raw materials, in process products and final products to identify trends in defects or errors and support more complex trials and experiments.
• Contribute to data analysis and identify trends in defects or errors, report to senior level staff in a timely manner.
• Assist to monitor critical quality control points in production; deliver final products by shipping plan.
• Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Minimum Qualifications

• BSc Degree 
• Minimum of four years of related work experience
• Agri or FMCG background is an added advantage 
• Experience working within a multinational company
