R&D Medical & Technical Affairs Associate Scientist
Implementation and activation of relevant global/regional/local commercially aligned medical plans
Medical-scientific expert input for Life Cycle Management of all relevant products in market portfolio
Medical-scientific expert on market specific health-related topics
Medical Governance - framework of policies and system ensuring compliance with recognized medical/ ethical standards related to the marketing of PHCI products
External stakeholder collaboration and management (e.g. Key Opinion Leaders, medical experts, research/scientific organizations, service providers)
Supporting all PHC brands (including all medical-scientific tasks, including but not limited to preparation and maintenance of core documents, regulatory authority requests, claims support documents, NPDs etc.), with focus on local projects and brands
Cross-functional communication & collaboration
Champion the scientific/medical capability building programme for multiple functions
Champion organization understanding, implementation and compliance with Medical Governance framework and associated policies/ processes,
To represent the “Medical & Technical Affairs” function internally and externally
Job Qualifications
Biological Sciences BSc, MSc or BPharm/MPharm with 0-3 years’ experience in Pharma/ Healthcare Industry. Preferable in area of medical affairs, with relevant expertise on medicines, food supplements and medical devices, professional sales function experience would be an advantage
Fluent in English (speak, read & write)
Working knowledge on regulatory requirements, requirements and standards in product development, regulations and internal quality documents.
Mastered use of job- and area-specific software and databases.
