Raw Material QC Monitor at RCL Foods

• As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Raw Material QC Monitor with our RCL FOODS Speciality Centurion operating unit. 

Minimum Requirements    

• Minimum appropriate qualification e.g., Grade 12/Equivalent NQF 4 Qualification/Applicable RPL (Recognized Prior Learning).
• Any Food Safety or Food Science/Technology related qualification would be an advantage.
• Relevant experience preferably in a Food Processing/Production Plant and or FMCG Production environment will be required.
• Expected to have good Inter-personal communication and leadership skills.
• Be willing to work shifts and flexible hours of work.
• Expected to be computer literate (basics).
• Sound decision making skills.
• Ability to pay attention to details.
• Document driven.
• Assertiveness and self-confidence.
• A result driven self-starter.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• People management skills.
• Proactive.

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Main Receiving, Packaging Warehouse Chocolate Room, and all other surrounding places.
• Receiving.
• Storage (Raw Material, Packaging, Chillers and Containers).
• Administrative.
• Projects.
