Job description

• Plan and research technology infrastructure solutions.
• Advise on the design, build and transition of information technology (IT) infrastructure services relevant to all systems and integrations.
• Support the sustainability of engagements with all business system functions.
• Implement infrastructure improvement strategies for the respective service towers.
• Monitor and report on infrastructure capacity and performance.

Minimum requirements
Qualification(s): 

• National Diploma in Information Management/Information Technology at NQF6 with 240 credits
• Related Minimum Experience:
• 3 years’ Experience in IT operations and support
