Key Responsibilities

• Monitors the Telecommunications Network Management Systems
• Manages the incidents on the Telecommunication network
• Monitors the power network system (TEMSE)
• Performs first line maintenance with the field staff and SCADA/Tele-control staff
• Liaises with customers and other Eskom Telecommunications departments
• Provides after hours fault reporting facility where customers may report faults
