Key Output

• Carry out services and maintenance on Earthmoving Equipment on customer sites.
• Remove and install components on customer sites.
• Ensure safe work practice.
• Maintain professional image when representing BWE on customer site.
• Quickly and efficiently deal with all customer machine services and maintenance.
• Compile accurate customer service reports.
• Effective self-management and performance ownership.
• Control contamination.
• Control own admin (labour booking, service reports, part returns, expenses etc.)

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• Qualified in relevant trade (e.g. Diesel Mechanic / Earthmoving Equipment Mechanic) post apprentice/learn ship experience
• Machine specific technical knowledge and skills
• Sound interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic technical report writing
• Basic business and financial understanding
• Some Computer Literacy (SIS, STW & ET) knowledge
• Basic trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
• Applicable product knowledge
• Drivers licence – Code B
• Understanding of supplier warranty systems, policies & procedures
