Key Output

• Investigate and ensure corrective actions for reasons why items end up in block stock
• Perform bin audits daily after goods receipt of shipments, Perform stock counts (cycle, wall to wall /etc.)
• Run reports to ascertain available bins and free up as required.
• Run reports and assign bins to stock without bin assignments
• Assist with PoE audits by providing required evidence for areas of responsibility.
• Remove and dispose of parts as per service letter requirements,
• Daily open stock order management
• Manage stock performance reports i.e. lead time management, surplus management, Parts Availability barometer and stock accuracy reports

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• Minimum requirement: Grade 12.
• Qualification in Stock keeping, and stock control would be an advantage.
• 3 years relevant warehouse/inventory experience
• Attention to detail, Problem solving skills.
• Analytical thinking skills, Verbal and written communication skills (incl. listening)
• Applied business numeracy, Rule orientation.
• Assertiveness and customer responsiveness
