Manage and report on all key service deliverables, including all KPIs, attributes and safety.
Ensure all relevant policies procedures, and guidelines e.g. warranty, IEVM, Quality Checklists, etc are applied
Utilise appropriate processes (SOR, Service Excellence, Quality systems – ISO & Contamination Control, etc.) to regularly review and report on service operational team performance.
Utilise appropriate processes such as succession planning, PM & L&D to develop and grow team and self
Effective relationship building with external and internal customers
Ensure customer satisfaction by implementing strategies and meeting customer needs
Understand competitive status and develop counter strategies
Carry out regular marketing audits to monitor sales performance of components
Ensure service work is carried out in compliance with quality standards (OEM Guidelines)
Apply Warranty policies and procedures this includes Warranty decisions and Service Warranty investigations.
Ensure Outputs of Service Audits are achieved, Effective control of team expenses and Work-in-Progress
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
Matric / Grade 12 qualification
Qualified Artisan or Applicable Engineering Diploma / Degree (Mechanical, Electrical)
Minimum 5 years management experience in the customer interface (Managing a section or Site)
Problem Solving and Mechanical Reasoning
