Receiving Administrator at Cipla

Job Purpose

• This role is responsible for all administrative functions that surround the Distribution Centre receiving department. The purpose of this role is to assign a dedicated person/s to prepare the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for all inbound shipments, in order to ensure the seamless and accurate receipt of product into the DC as well as the maintenance thereof. In addition, the job holder will be responsible for other internal administrative duties where the WMS is concerned, such as updating QR setups and updating packaging specifications, preloading incoming stock on WMS.

Accountabilities

• Accurate and timeous receiving and managing of stock. Admin duties
• Customer Queries (internal and external)
• Housekeeping /Invoicing
• Stock Rework (also upliftment’s)

Education Qualification

• Minimum grade 12/ Matric/ Equivalent.
• Supply Chain Qualification is advantageous.
• Relevant Work Experience
• Minimum 1 - 3 years of work experience within a distribution centre environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including excel), SAP, Warehouse Management Systems and database systems.
