Receiving Team leader at Wellness Warehouse

Responsibilities

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Receives and inspect incoming orders (PO) for accuracy and damage. Reports any shortages, damages, overs, issue with invoices or product errors to Supplier, buyers, planners, and Warehouse manager before the end of shift.
• Ensure all orders are checked prior to receiving and putting away stock.
• Minimize put away errors by managing putting away process.
• Set clear goals.
• Delegate and manage task and deadlines.
• Monitor team performance.
• Assist with daily operational requirement.

• Good knowledge of receiving and put away processes.
• Proven experience in receiving clerk processes.
• Strong attention to detail
• Warehouse experience
• Good communication skills (suppliers, and receiving team)
• Working knowledge of Warehouse management system
• All rounder, go getter attitude, always willing outlook in life
