PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- To act as receptionist and switchboard operator for visitors to Central Office, Employees and Pepclo Management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling of visitors
- Switchboard operator
- Housekeeping of reception area
General duties

Requirements

JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12
- 2 years as switchboard operator and/or receptionist
- Computer literacy
- Interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
- African language will be an advantage
- Competencies required: Planning, Organizing and Control; Communication: Build and maintain relationships; Detail orientation; Stress tolerance and Confidence and Service orientation
