Receptionist - Pinetown at Pedros Flame Grilled Chicken

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Answer, screen, forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
• Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Provide general information to visitors and callers about the distribution center's operations and services.
• Assist the Distribution Center General Manager with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
• Maintain and organise office files, records, and databases.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Assist in organising company events, meetings, and training sessions.
• Collaborate with various departments to support distribution center operations.
• Assist with data entry and processing of orders, invoices, and other documents.
• Generate and distribute operational reports as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric
• Tertiary qualification is advantageous
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage administrative tasks and support senior management.
• Customer service experience.
