We are looking for a junior recruiter to join our fast-growing team based in Greenpoint, Cape Town. As a Recruiter you will be responsible for:

• Working hand in hand with the team’s clients, managing candidate profile delivery. 
• Sourcing, interviewing, and screening of prospective candidates
• Managing the recruitment lifecycle from the initial introduction of candidates.
• Advertising, shortlisting, and managing candidate applications through various channels.
• Conducting reference checks for successful candidates.

Requirements:

• Degree (Preferred)
• Minimum 1-2 years’ professional experience.
• Solid experience with client/candidate liaison. 
• High level of organization and self-discipline essential.
