• The ideal candidate will exceed in this position if they are able to successfully aid recruiting efforts and fulfilling the clients needs by matching clients with open the company's recruiting needs. In order to do so the candidate has to be able to source and qualify leads that will meet the company's criteria. To be successful, the candidate will have to understand the technical depth of the industry and the company to become and effective talent partner. 
• Before we carry on - PLEASE NOTE: This is an onsite role - In office position - Mon-Friday.

• Finding Awesome Talent: You'll be the one identifying, connecting with, and engaging talented candidates across a variety of industries.
• Building Real Relationships: It’s not just about placing people in jobs; you’ll build long-lasting, trusted relationships with both clients and candidates.
• End-to-End Recruitment: From sourcing and interviewing to negotiating offers and closing deals — you’ll handle the full recruitment cycle.
• Getting Creative: We’re always looking for fresh ideas to improve how we work and stay ahead of the game. Your input matters here.

• Bachelor's degree/diploma - preferable
