Education:

• Matric
• BSc Degree in Industrial Psychology or related

• Experience in recruitment
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)

KPA’s:

• 360 recruitment
• Succesfully placing 2-5 candidates with clients per month
• Be active on the telephone on a daily basis
• Interview 20 candidates per month
• Client visits
• Chase leads
• Pro-actively marketing candidates to companies
• Cold Calling
• Warm calling
• Reference checking
• Use of our recruitment system (placement partner)
• Preparing candidates and clients for interviews
• Debriefing candidates and clients after their interviews
• Negotiating/discussing salary
• Relationship building
